BEWARE! This company has terrible customer service!! My package was stolen from my front porch because the FedEx driver didn't ring the doorbell when delivering it. I was waiting for the package all day and once I checked my email and saw it was delivered an hour later - it was no longer there. I've asked for all my mail to be delivered to the back of my house to avoid theft and strangely enough - the same driver delivered my neighbour's mail to the back of my house instead! Ridiculous! I reached out to them and they said that upper management refused to send me a replacement or refund me even though I shared all of the circumstances with them. They said that because I didn't select a barely visible "shipping insurance" option on the order page for 98cents that they couldn't do anything to help me but they were sorry for the inconvenience. This "shipping insurance" looked a lot like an advertisement and could have been missed by anyone (it was probably created that way on purpose). Funny thing is - I was asked shortly after to review products that I never even received!! Terrible customer service and I encourage anyone thinking of shopping from this company to avoid them!

I love my Michael Todd Beauty tools. They help me keep my skin in fantastic condition. It really does allow you to bring the spa home. I can get spa quality results by myself from dermaplaning with my SonicSmooth to cleansing with my Soniclear Petite and then applying my makeup with my Sonicblend. I’m looking forward to trying the SonicRefresher as well. Great quality product, easy to use and fabulous results!

I have acne rosacea and it means that my skin gets easily super dry, makes dry patches, burns and gets red. I needed a facial brush to clean better my skin after taking off my make up, so I got a Soniclear Petite. It arrived more or less ten days ago and in about less than a week of daily use, the breakout I had, was almost gone. I really like it, it really sticks to the promises made on the other reviews and it pushes me to try more products from them. The cost is absolutely fair for what it offers.

Fantastic Customer Service!! I recently received my second order with Michael Todd USA. I ordered 2 make up brushes, on arrival both were faulty.. they didn’t have a red/green light and when I put them on charge they just continuously stayed on. They were not useable at all, due to as soon as you pulled out the charger they stopped working and just wouldn’t charge. I contacted Customer service and also sent a video to show the fault as I’m in the UK,so not so easy to send back without incurring large postage and customs charge. A lovely member of the team called Stephanie Radloff contacted me within 24 hours. She advised they couldn’t get the video to work that I had sent them but, she was dealing with it and would get back to me as soon as she had been advised. Again with in 24hrs Stephanie emailed me to say she was very happy to send me 2 replacements if that was ok.They didn’t have the colour I ordered but would I be happy with another colour. I have to say I was extremely worried I would not get them replaced and I would get much response as I wasn’t in the country etc Stephanie was wonderful so kind and helpful it was stress free :) and nothing seemed to be a problem at all. I think your customer service is wonderful and your staff are amazing!! Thank you Stephanie for all your help and thank you for the complimentary gifts, totally unexpected! Definitely recommend

Michael Todd Beauty is a disgusting company that supports influencers that sensentionalize useless gun ownership. In 2018, gun violence reached the highest level in 20 years. Using gun promoting influencers targeted to young girls is immoral and disgusting. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. I also posted on their Facebook page and instead of dealing with the issue, the deleted the post.

I ordered from micheal Todd before, great experience, however, ordered another device from them, never received it, customer service said I had to file a police report and go through all these hoops of fire as if I have the time and will not refund me my money or replace the product, so yes I am out of money with no device.
