I ordered 2 brush replacements, they said shipped, but I never received them, nor did the tracking ever say shipped or delivered. I contacted them and they said they'd look into it and I never heard back. Very poor customer service and they now have my money and I have nothing.

Product doesn’t work out of the box. No response from company CS. No phone #, only email. There are, some might call them unscrupulous, ways to work around solving my concerns…

This company does not deliver what their website says is included with the product. The website stated a FREE sensitive face brush is included with the Soniclear Elite. What actually comes is a coupon and to use the coupon you have to pay the shipping. I contacted customer care and got zero satisfaction after three days of texting back and forth. There is no phone number to speak to someone.

They charged me shipping even after I entered their free shipping promo code that worked at check-out! This is not a trustworthy company! They make you think you're being charged one thing, and then charge you more.

Horrible Company! Went on their site to purchase a deplaner. I ordered one (1). I checked it before I finalized the transaction. After I entered my CC# and ordered, it changed the amount ordered to 3 & I was charged over $300. I tried to contact their customer service & you can not get to them via phone. I immediately sent an email asking them to correct the order. I got a an instant email back stating they would be in touch. The next day they emailed me telling me the order couldn’t be changed because it was already shipped and provided me with a fake tracking number. I sent them another email telling them to cancel the entire order . I contacted my credit card company and Michael Todd responded to them by sending them various “ emails” that they claim to have sent to me but did not. It’s easy to type up an email after the fact, hold it in drafts & never send it to the customer to make it look to the credit card company that they have been in touch with you. This, in itself, is shady. I figured I would send them all back for a refund. But then I reviewed them online and read about people who sent them back for refunds & Michael Todd Company refused to refund because they claim to have received “ empty boxes, broken items “ etc etc. I am going to attempt to return my items- every excuse not to refund. If I don’t receive a full refund I will again update this review. Michael Todd in my opinion is a very shady company & I would advise “ Buyer Beware”

I bought this twice and both times it died within a week. It does not keep its charge!!! I can use it At best for seconds at a time and the company is scamming and scummy they don't wish to respond and respond and so they don't

Asked my mother to buy me the soniclear years ago when I was a teen to help with my acne because my favourite youtuber at the time used it. Reading the other reviews, it seems it is common for Michael Todd to send out faulty devices when they are not exactly cheap! I remember it failing to charge properly when I first got it even though I followed all the instructions. I am sure I sent it back to get a replacement as I have only 1 UK plug and 2 EU/US plugs. The replacement did the same thing and I just gave up and left if for a few years. I went to charge it up the other day, and it only lasts 10 seconds before dying! Its so frustrating how much money has been wasted on a device that doesn’t work! Obviously since it was bought I’ve redecorated, thrown stuff out, moved to uni etc and the box has been thrown away so I cannot verify my purchase. Its all a joke. Wish I asked for the Clarisonic.
