Don't order anything from the Miansai website. For starters, the product doesn't match the images on their website. In addition, I paid a $10 shipping fee on an order of $110. When the product didn’t meet my expectations, I had to pay a $46 “handling fee” on top of the $11 shipping cost—unjustified and excessive. I strongly advise against ordering anything from here.

I am actually upset with myself for not checking reviews before ordering, something I usually always do. I now see that I should never had ordered from Miansai. I ordered two rings, sizes on the website are not even correct, I therefore received rings that are too tight for me. When asking for a simple exchange for one size up I was told that it is not possible. I tried going through the refund process but they charge a scammy 50 bucks fee (for what ??) not even including shipping costs that I would have to pay. While not exactly like the website pictures, I thought the rings looked good, but when holding them I noticed that they actually feel cheap. The packaging is an actual joke for the price I paid, made of cheap plastic and carboard. I won't go through the hassle of refunding, I will though recommend everyone not to order from that company. Scummy tactics, again, I find these methods insane as an European citizen. I can only blame myself for not doing my research, but I am hoping to save other people's money by writing this review.

Scammy company that should not be allowed to operate in EU. Charging 57$ on a 115 eur item for return, and this doesn’t include shipping costs back?! Hello - that’s illegal here - if I am about to pay shipping back costs - you need to refund at 100%. And it is not like I didn’t like the item - it looks cheaper than photos, right, however the issue is their sizing chart doesn’t reflect correctly and the item is so much smaller. Avoid at all costs this joke of a company that invests only on marketing.

Ik heb besteld bij miansai en veel geld uitgegeven aan een item. Ik had dan ook goede verwachtingen maar toen ik de armband binnen kreeg schrok ik van de kwaliteit van de sluiting. Deze ging erg makkelijk open waardoor verliezen snel zou gebeuren. Ik heb de klantenservice benaderd en kreeg erg snel reactie. Ze gaven mij een bedrag om iets nieuws uit te zoeken. Het zelfde bedrag als dat ik had betaald. Hierdoor kon ik een andere armband kiezen met een andere sluiting. Ik heb deze klantenservice als erg prettig ervaren!

Bought a gold plated ring and thought it looked a little cheap. I thought it would have the same color/appearance as solid gold as they use identical images for both the solid gold ring and vermeil plated ring on the website. It cost me 50€ just to send it back. Like what?? To have a 50€ handling fee seems excessive to me. Its like 20% of the price of the ring? Seems to me that Miansai bet on people wanting to try something out, being dissapointed, returning the item and paying a inflated handling fee where Miansai then profit anyway

So disappointing!! So many product oxidized I bought many bracelets from them 1 year ago as gifts and just months later as I opened them to gift them they were all already oxidized. Insane for those prices, I would expect this form H&M not a brand that wants to be premium. I bought products several years ago and the quality clearly want down a lot

Both items ordered were not the correct size. $40 or £30 charge to send back. Ridiculous.

Do not order from this website. The quality of the jewellery is extremely poor, it feels like something you’d get from a Christmas cracker. I ordered a ring for my partner for Christmas and it arrived in a plastic bag with no presentation box or proper packaging. This is absolutely not what I would expect when paying £150 for a ring. Because the quality was so disappointing, I decided to return it. The website states that returns are at your own cost, which I estimated would be around £10. However, during the returns process they attempted to charge almost $40 for the return. When I contacted customer service, I was told that packaging delays were due to customs and therefore not their responsibility, something that should absolutely be planned for during the festive period. They also said that due to a handling fee they would be out of pocket, so they would only issue store credit. When I then asked for the handling fee to be covered, I received no reply. Do not waste your money on this brand. The product quality is poor and the customer service is worse…
