I give 1 star for the look of the…

Please understand that I give 1 star for the look of the hybrid and the return process and it is only based on those two facts and nothing else. (Because their support staff is quite good and the ring setting is also nice!) To me the diamond hybrid doesn’t look like diamond and it doesnt shine like what i see on miadonna youtube. The fact that it is only 8.8 hardness, it can be chip even during normal wear. Yes this is clearly state on their website. So I’m not saying that they never told me. They did clearly. I just think it will be hard to justify if the ring chipped. So to avoid the issue, i decided to return it. For returning, they dont provide you a return label. So you have arrange it your self which is quite troublesome for international shipping and it is very expensive. And for Ups shipping, You have to prepare commercial invoice for that. Even The company can not cover return cost for a valid reason, it doesn’t mean that the return is not troublesome for a customer. I would want to re order something else but when I think about the return process (in case size is wrong or its not what i expected), I give up.

Hello Gautum It is very disappointing to see that you have given us a 1 star review. We are extremely transparent regarding the Diamond Hybrid and clearly state on our website that it is an 8.8 and that if not taken care of can potentially abrade. People purchasing a simulant are generally aware that these stones will not wear like a Diamond. Saying that we have customers who have had their Diamond Hybrids for over 10years and are in perfect condition. With regards to our return shipping policy, that is also clearly stated on our website. Our main aim is to give back to the countries directly affected by Diamond mining and consequently we are unable to cover return shipping on a product that is in perfect condition. Once we received your ring back, we refunded you immediately with no questions asked. I personally believe the service you received was more than satisfactory and therefore am surprised at your rating.
