Justine at Miadonna was very patient and helped me pick out a beautiful engagement ring. I also tried to do a creative engraving but when it didn't turn out how I hoped due to lack of space in the ring they allowed me redo the engraving with no extra cost. Great service and I got the ring within a few weeks.

Excellent customer service. Ordered a ring way to big for my fiance. They not only offered to resize the ring but they offered to remake the ring in the proper size because I was so far off.

The MiaDonna team was really helpful. Great customer service. They were kind enough to accommodate my needs and they let me swap one ring out for another that was better suited to my hand size and overall style. They're always very communicative and kind. The ring itself is very pretty and I love that the diamonds are lab-grown.

This is the second time a diamond that has come off my ring... now there is a THIRD diamond that has gone missing. This is ridiculous. I don't wear my ring to bed, when active, and now I stop wearing it a majority of time in fear that I'll loose more diamonds. This is completely unacceptable and frustrating as a customer.
