I've been waiting for a response to an email I sent to customer support a week ago, but my customer support ticket is still pending. If it takes this long to get a reply, I wonder what else they might be lacking in. I signed up for Miaacademy, which claims to be suitable for autistic children. If you have an autistic child, I suggest finding a homeschool program that is specifically designed for autistic children. I feel that these materials are more suited for kids without medical disabilities.

The curriculum is great. Any questions or concerns I may have, there is always someone there to help and resolve my issue. There is several guides to help answer questions as well.

Miacademy and Miaprep has always had fantastic customer service! Each representative I've spoken with has been knowledgeable and kind.

I love this company! My kindergartener just started, and wow, I’m blown away! She’s so engaged with the material, and it’s making my life easier since I work from home. She’s already navigating things on her own. I’m so thankful my friend told me about this, and I just had to share the word!

Terrible school do not go here. They say they are there for you but then expect so much and turn you down when they don’t like something. They give 0 chances for mess ups. Personally I wouldn’t want to be somewhere I’m not fully eccepted if I don’t fit a certain mold. They only care about their company’s imagine not the children! MiAcademy sucks! The curriculum is horrible and the moderators basically bully the kids and threaten to suspend accounts for tons of reasons. Avoid it at all costs or you'll regret wasting your money!

Believe the comments referring to questionable practices aimed at race and gender. This company is biased towards their subscribers and employees. You can see this when you look at the staff. I'm just saying. I would proceed with this company with caution.

If I could give 0 stars I would! If I had known how disgustingly rude and hateful this company was behind closed doors I would’ve NEVER EVER paid or used any of their services for my twins! Don't let the social media employee videos fool you into using their services and for not applying for a job! They down play your intelligence as an adult so I’m wondering how they really feel about our children and the things that they say behind our back! Would not recommend at all! They talk to you like dogs and treat you in that way! They are very “selective” on who they want to treat right. (Including factors of race/gender). Beware!

My decision at homeschool was sudden and I didn't know where to start. I decided to try Mia academy because their platform was easy to use, have a social media platform for the students, allows me to set the grades, and to easily print reports for report cards and record keeping. It has been a success because ultimately my daughter loves the classroom. She knows exactly what courses to do that day. She is rewarded with coins which she can use in the social media platform part of the Mia academy to shop. She also has the option to play games with the other Mia academy students, also there is entrepreneurship where students can buy and sell their art. There are a lot of electives to choose from a long with the core subjects. My daughter is active in clubs and baseball and I can tailor how many assignments and which courses to do in a week dependent on our schedule. We have had the best experience with Mia academy. We will continue with me a prep unless my daughter goes to a brick and mortar high School. However, Mia academy is great for additional education as well even if students are in school, they have subject practice available. I highly recommend Mia academy!
