Applying for this company was a complete waste of my time. Im not sure the reason this company sent me an assessment test only to turn me down notating that as they reviewed my assessment "I missed opportunities to improve on providing a better answer". Excuse me! You do realize you timed the test; therefore, no one has the amount of time to needed to come up with an "Einstein" answer. Also, do you to train or just hire and immediately put the employee to work. This company wasn't serious about hiring they are simply seeking to waste peoples time because they want someone thats already company trained. I feel this because they took the time to write me back more than 600 words as to the reason they didn't move forward with my application.

I want to highlight that is been 3 days that Mia academy has kicked us out or not even let us get on to do school.., they are saying high volume, but that’s absolutely NO excuse and an online website!!! Don’t let so many people sign up if your site can’t handle it!!! We’ve missed 3 days of important school and mia academy has not reached out to try and give families any compensation at all!!!! I’ve saw other families say it’s been 4-5 days not working!!! All we get is more alerts everyday .‼️ it’s down… like what in the world!!!! I’m so mad if this is someone’s ONLY schooling and they’ve missed 3 days that’s a BIG deal PLUS who know how much longer this will last … I will continue to email, call, chat… leave reviews until this is fixed and people are compensated!!! Shame on MIA Academy for not having better support or customer service!!! Oh and plus you can’t call 📱 they completely cut that off so you can only try email or chat 💬

I signed up my daughter to start homeschool and I signed her up to Miacademy. My daughter finished two classes before school date is finished with A+. She completed Math and Reading comprehension. The Math shows is completed but on daily curriculum shows she will needs to do the whole class again. I’ve informed the workers but this continues to happen and it’s really getting out of hand. I will be looking into another homeschool program because this is not okay.

I still need help. My issues did not get resolved.

I paid for the Mia academy for a year but won’t let me log in and wants me to pay again
