Can your child go to college after MiaPrep? YES! My daughter started with MiaAcademy years ago and then enrolled in MiaPrep. We set her grade required to move forward in class, at a B. This is important. In the end she graduated with a 3.7 grade point. Colleges loved that! She got grants and scholarships from the college and government too. Documentation is important! Next, daughter enrolls in MiaPrep and just graduated and is headed to college. Third daughter enrolled this school year in MiaPrep and is doing great too! SO Thankful for MiaPrep!!! Excellent program and well worth the money!!!!

100% changed the trajectory of homeschooling for my three children! Everything runs so smooth! I absolutely love the life skills and Bible study! Oh , and my 5 year old is learning two languages - Spanish and reading music! We love Miacademy

My son loves Mia and has had wonderful success with it! He gets up and starts school without being asked and get everything done unless he needs some guidance on a subject.

Updated 10/15/26 The program has been working very well and I’m not sure if it was just light work the first few weeks but there are a very good amount of practices before testing on all subjects. This is such a great program and at an affordable rate. Love miacademy and plan to stick with them next year Original review- 6th grade curriculum- The core PDFs are good but some core classes could be a little more practice. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the pacing doesn’t work. So many days of it saying it’s “completed” 0/0 tasks completed no more assignments for the day. For most if not ALL subjects. And there have been days of the program completely shut down. I appreciate the variety of classes and the videos are good. Really easy to grasp the topics. The people in the videos are really wonderful and I do see the potential and value of this curriculum but the software needs to work EVERYDAY. There are a lot of assignments that need to be done in x amount of days and I take that seriously. We have gardening club and frog club and other things outside of school work so we have even less days which means that when the program doesn’t work it’s cutting into precious time! Please please fix this. You deserve 4 stars but I can’t give that with this problem because I can’t use the program properly. Finance: unlike other curriculums you pay for all courses and can switch between courses without paying extra. This program is more affordable than a lot of other curriculums and even more affordable if you qualify for a price deduction which is a blessing. PDFs aren’t convenient if you don’t have a printer we currently use adobe sign and fill which is a pain so I’d be really glad to see editable and automatically graded practice questions. Because it’s not editable and graded you have to be present for all of your child’s learning and this takes away from my baby who also needs my attention. I haven’t done much house chores during the day since school started because my son would happily skip the practice and spend just a few hours doing school work 🫠 so I have to be there for all of it. He has figured out that the program can glitch if you click the back button and mark certain things completed on his assignment screen.. which isn’t great. *Update* Tasks Marked Completed the work ahead button seems to be the work around for the issue. However it becomes easy for your kiddo to do extra work because it’s not working the way it should. Instead of 3 tasks my kid ended up doing 6 tasks for music because we “chose” work ahead. So pay attention to the workload it’s easy to be unsure but I think each pdf, practice, video, etc is a task

My kids enjoy school because of Miacademy! Its engagement in the learning is the best. If you ever need help or support customer service responds very quick and has taken care of any problem.

I have only good things to say about Mia Academy! I found myself as a grandparent having to step up and raise my grandchild. I was in unchartered waters and had never dealt with online curriculum but the staff at Mia made it so painless for me! They walked me through every step of getting my grandchild's access and how to set up my own parental account as well. In my book, they are the BEST!

Victor went out of his way to assist me. After nearly an hr, he continued to work hard to solve my issue. Turns out, I was trying to log into the wrong site all along. After sending him screenshots, he promptly redirected me and solved the problem within seconds. I felt pretty dumb by then😂, & made jokes about it. Victor laughed along with my silliness yet, remained kind and thoughtful throughout the entire chat, making me feel at ease from start to finish! I got the sense within the first 2 seconds, that this guy was about to save the day, I was not let down! God speed to victor😃🙏😂
