We booked Metropolitan Shuttle for a week for the IMTS 2022 trade show in Chicago, what a nightmare for our guests, late to pick up both at hotel and McCormick place. Drivers didn't know where to go. You would think that the drivers would be familiar with such major locations and how traffic is in the city of Chicago. We will not use or recommend this service to anyone needing such services, I've sent two emails to the sales rep and as of today no reply. Does anyone think this is good customer service?

Do NOT use metropolitan shuttles. I reserved a large shuttle bus to transport my wedding guests to and from the hotels to the wedding venue. Our driver was extremely late, didn’t know the names of the hotels he was going to, lied about his location, and was very difficult to communicate with. Most of our guests had to find and pay for their own rides to the venue so they wouldn’t be late. Even with all the wiggle room we scheduled, we ultimately had to delay our ceremony by 30 minutes. And unfortunately that was just the start of it. We had two return trips scheduled from the venue back to the hotels. For the first trip back at 10pm, he was nowhere to be found. He would not answer his phone, and was eventually found sleeping in the bus. My dad (the father of the bride) missed 45 minutes of the reception trying to reach him, and then eventually helping him turn the bus around. He was not a capable driver and the few guests he transported did not feel comfortable. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to discuss these issues, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I’ve never written a poor review for a company before, but feel so strongly about recommending AGAINST this company so others don’t suffer the same terrible service.

We were impressed with the professionalism of Metropolitan Shuttle Service from beginning to end. The shuttle arrived in a timely manner. In fact, early so the driver could sanitize it. He was courteous and attentive to the needs of Senior Citizens. Although it was a holiday weekend the driver was able to get is to our destination on time. The only problem was the air conditioning on the shuttle was not operating correctly. Thank you for your service.

We used Metropolitan Shuttle for our wedding and the service was great! We originally planned to have the driver make two pickups at the hotel to get guests to the ceremony and one at the end of the night to take guests back to the hotel, but the driver arrived early and provided an extra trip for any guests who didn't want to stay till the end. It's reasonably priced and provided our guests with a safe way to get to and from our wedding so they could enjoy the night fully! Will certainly recommend going forward.

Rented a 56 person bus for family reunion to go from Montreal to Burlington to visit family. The driver, François, was great, helped to expedite our border crossings (twice) and got us to the airport in plenty of time for flight.

Bus showed up right on time as scheduled. It was clean. We went to the show and had a blast and a fun ride home. Will definetly use again.
