DO NOT BUY OR USE METRO BY T-MOBILE Metro by t mobile (how??) place notifications on phone (unlocked, not T-Mobile phone! ) and it's not possible to delete notification by usual means. Spent 5 hours searching internet how to delete notification to no avail. When calling them they did NOT solve the issue. Was forced to follow their notification and set up voicemail which I don't want to use. This is unacceptable that they can and do create a notification that phone owner cannot remove. Am still on the phone with their customer service. Have been on hold for ten minutes as the service rep disables my voicemail. Initial response to my request to disable was suggesting other actions instead of just fulfilling my request. So, I assume after this endless hold she will tell me it cannot be disabled or give some other useless statement. All unnecessary and poor service. Service rep just returned to the call and said her manager is working on it but it will take even longer. 15 minutes on hold, while they disable voicemail. DO NOT USE

We went 3 weeks ago to buy a new phone from T mobile. The person waiting on us was very rude. He was cursing, and did not explain things. I was not told about any policies that they had. We got home and could not use the phone. We had asked the service person to help us with it he told us that was not his job. We had to got to our son in law to even be able to use the phone. We got so frustrated in the few weeks because of all the trouble that we decided to switch companies. They had put a lock on the new phone that we just bought. The first lady I talked to told me she was unlocking the phone. The next day the phone was still not unlocked. We called back then they refused to unlock the phone saying that we have to stay with their company for 160 days. I had been with their company since 2016. I told them I wanted to take the phone back they said to go back to the store I bought it from. So we drove 1/2 hour and the manager refused to help us she said we only had 7 days to return it. When I tried to write a review I found out that over 70% of the reviews were 1 star. I would not recommend T mobile and would advise you read the reviews before you go to this company.

I've been a metro customer for years I have been going to KC Lee at 210 new Castle Ave new Castle DE Metro store Mr Lee has all way been very helpful I am very happy with Metro as a result of Mr Lee and the way he conducts his business.I have refered many of my friends and relatives which they also happy with his service Mr Lee is appeaser to deal with Thanks Tim Gargan happy Metro customer.

They dishonest, I'm on disability and I have that cheap plan for $30 and they told me with auto pay would be $25 but now they telling me I don't have that discount. That service very bad I only stay with them because is cheap. If you don't want constant drop calls and good connection,look somewhere else. They customer service is horrible .

Been a member for over four years was going well, till recently now I can’t use my phone outside my house and their customer service is terrible, just a bunch of liar that would say anything to get you off the line. The supervisors are worst just point blank rude

I've been with Metro for over a year now and never had a problem with there service up until a few months ago when I purchased a phone for my wife and added her on to my life a lot of the times when I go to certain locations in the Austin area I struggle with people not knowing how to speak English I am Mexican myself so I am not a racist to Mexicans but my Spanish is not the greatest so sometimes I cannot speak to them about the problems that I have with my phones so it is kind of hard finding a location with English speaking people at the HEB Plus on Riverside drive in Austin Texas there is a Metro by T-Mobile in the store I went there and purchased the phone for my wife and added her onto my line the gentleman that sold me the phone so me a defective phone immediately my wife started noticing that she was having issues with the phone we took it in they cut off the phone turned it back on and restarted it and set the phone was fine several days later the phone continued to act up we took it back in they didn't understand a word I told them about the phone but again they did the same thing they turn the phone off and powered it back on said nothing was wrong with the phone again my wife continued to have problems with the phone so we took it into a different location I'm pleasant valley drive and ask me again the people there at the store didn't speak English very well and I tried to let them know what problem I was having with the phone again they proceeded to turn the phone off and power it back on and said nothing was wrong with the phone now it's been 2 months that my wife has had the phone and she found a different location on oltorf were they told her that the phone was defective and that she should have immediately brought it into the store and they would have given her a new phone but because it's been 2 months she has to pay to get a new one which I believe is wrong and unfair because I took it in several times to the store I purchased a phone at and other store locations in Austin area and they all told me the same thing that nothing was wrong with the phone I don't know what's going on with Metro and why they're making me pay for a phone that they sold me that was defective I am seriously thinking about going with a different service

Typically it is hit or miss with the associates in the store but I finally after 7 years of service had to call their customer service line. Disappointing they are liars con sales people that can't just fix the problem. I feel for anyone who has to deal with them. I will switch but know I won't do so until the end of the month because they will keep your money.

I am in my home. Should have full service but it is constantly dropping. I am talking avg 8-14x a Dat I loose service. They did resets but didn't fix it. Have to constantly restart my phone! Restart works so not lack of availability. Fix the issue metro! And also get rid of scammy store salespeople who try to mislead customers
