DO NOT BANK WITH METRO BANK
Metro bank is terrible would not recommend opening accounts no body knows what’s really going on especially on the phone and within the store also clueless this isn’t the service I expect from a high street bank . I am truly shocked and very unhappy with my experience. All I wanted to do was was locate money which had be sent from a metro account to another metro account which had been closed . In all it should bounce back to the account which the funds were sent from in which it wasn’t for nearly a week countless phone calls with with very unprofessional staff dealing with things they can’t understand also trips in branch where I was mislead information buy at least 4 members of staff and overall not very welcoming or helpful in all senses . Moral of the story !! DO NOT BANK WITH METRO BANK !!
