Still waiting for refund I was promised by Justin.

Put in $35k thinking this was a legit AI trading system. All I got was weeks of nothing happening, then random losing trades that made no sense. Support told me “the algo was being updated” every time I asked. Tried to pull out my money and got stuck in endless delays. Still waiting months later. Feels like they’re just stringing people along.

Signed up because a rep promised me they’d help me pass a prop firm evaluation. Sent in $3,000. First month — zero activity. Second month — two tiny trades, both losses. Asked for updates, was told “next week everything kicks off.” Third month, I started asking for a refund. Haven’t heard back since. They literally vanished.

I didn’t expect miracles, just some structure and transparency. What I got was confusion. The dashboard often froze, trades were sporadic, and communication was poor. When I raised a ticket, the only response was a sales pitch for a more expensive package. I eventually cut my losses and left.

Took my deposit, did nothing with it, and refused to return it. Plain and simple

This is a fraudulent reviewer. Not a client.

Title: Disappointed by Service, Not Just the Money Representative: Justin I joined Metatrading in 2024 with high hopes of passing prop firm evaluations—not to invest, but to grow through structured trading. I deposited $10,000 and trusted the process. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of troubling experiences: I was forced to give my bank login credentials just to withdraw $9,000 during an emergency. My bank shut down my account due to unauthorized access. A prop firm account I submitted was never traded, yet later flagged as breached. No proof was provided, and no refund or support followed. I was promised training to operate my platform. Despite repeated requests, I was denied access and told it would take “too long to learn.” My remaining $800 has been withheld for nearly two months. Meetings to resolve it were canceled last-minute, repeatedly. Most recently, I was told my prop firm would be discontinued unless I deposited another $10,000—without resolving the original issues. This isn’t just about money. It’s about trust, transparency, and service. I entered this relationship in good faith. I’m asking Metatrading to honor that and resolve this professionally.

TL;DR: This review is misleading. No bank details were ever requested, no real cash was deposited with us, and the issues described are tied to the client’s decision to use a scam prop firm — not our system. To clarify for readers: • At no point did we ever ask this client for their bank login or financial credentials. That is false. The only access ever required in our program is the client’s MetaTrader 4/5 login, which is industry standard and allows the trading software to function. • The client did not deposit $10,000 of real funds. They were using a prop firm demo account, which is essentially digital play money. Prop firms make their money from entry fees, and industry statistics show less than 1% of traders ever succeed. • Our software is not designed to “pass” prop challenges, as these are intentionally structured for traders to fail. It is designed for long-term, stable growth with real brokerage accounts. • We attempted to accommodate, but the client consumed more support time than 100+ clients combined and was repeatedly abusive to our team. Eventually, we had to terminate support for the wellbeing of our staff and fairness to other clients. We remain transparent: our trading bot continues to serve hundreds of clients successfully on regulated brokerages. We do not work with prop firms for the exact reasons highlighted here.

I purchased a subscription to Meta based on their excellent returns and strong win rate. After 3.5 months, the algorithm had returned a little over 6% total. After almost a month of no trades, three winning trades were made and I was up just over 10% in 3.5 months. The win rate was very strong. However, since 8/28 things have been quite the opposite. 3 losing days back to back, 2 of which saw around -2%, then 3 solid days that more than made up for it. However, today all gains since I began and then some were lost in an 18% drawdown. And now I'm down nearly 7% overall after 4 months and they are no longer accepting support appointments. And now no response from support to email inquiry after 2 days.

Hello Todd, I believe this should be a five star review. And in the review itself, you emphasized the returns and how they’ve been so far. Considering the tariffs, summer, and everything else included: this is a great progression. I think there’s a disconnect on expectations. The algorithm doesn’t provide dopamine hits. So it doesn’t trade every day. Understanding what makes algorithms advantageous versus not, is something important. Our developers have proven the heightened activity levels lead to losses and bad equity curves. The answer to this is simple. It’s that you haven’t had enough time to evaluate the system in a various number of markets. The current return that you just outlined is world class. The purpose of our generous guarantee is not to see returns instantly, or if one month of data is good enough for you. It’s to know whether or not this industry is right for you. Long-term investors understand this.
