I opened my aocount in spring of 2024. I started making money, but not atthe rate which was advertised. Then Justin told me that I didnt buy the products needed to get those returns. Justin told me that he was updating my bot so it would perform with the new algorithym. It made very little, then lost only a little before the trading bot was stopped in spring of 2025 by meta trading.ai. Then my fxvm account lapsed. Justin told me to update the fxvm account and send him the info in early September. I did and nothing has happened. Then I get on trust pilot and see the hord of bad reviews where it seems as though Metatrading.AI is not responding to anyone. I need help getting my money back for a tool/service that has stopped working and never worked like it should.

I would agree with the latest non 5 star reviews here. I would also caution people that after the 30 day money back piece they really have zero incentive to communicate with people, provide updates, or even perform. From what I can tell as well, all of the account data they show on their website stops before the April tariff debacle so they're not showing how account were actually impacted by this. My recommendation for the company would be to put your money where your mouth is and have a pricing structure that reflects that. A subscription, not an all or nothing with a guarantee. Also, I did get two emails, but there have been multiple times I would think the bot would get back in the game and it hasn't. I've asked why and no one has responded to me.

Update to Update: On 4/7, my account went down another 30%. Now the total draw down is 50%. Update: on 4/5, draw down 25% due to tariff caused market swing that was mentioned in other posts. AUD/CAD dropped to the lowest level since 1987. ------------------------------------------------ I have only been using their service for 2 months. Although I am still skeptical (very very skeptical at first), they delivered as they have promised. They don't trade when the market is volatile it seems, and I think that's why they have low drawdowns. I am cautiously optimistic!
