I started in March of 2025. It was very easy and mysterious to setup. I had a large dip in April due to the Trump Tariffs and the team was very communicative about that being the reason for the 30% drawdown. Since then, I saw a couple small increases after a long pause period of no transactions (I assume due to updates to the algorithm). Then starting in July, there have been lots of drawdowns and losses without any explanation as to why. I see others here commenting on this working well for them but I am experiencing heavy losses with AUD, NZD, CAD. When I have emailed support or Justin, there is no response or bounce backs. I am very disappointed in this product and will be withdrawing funds. So far this has felt like a scam more than a legit business with the lack of performance and communication.

I paid the $15k for this algo the first week of January '25. To start, my first trade didn't occur until the first week of February. It gained for a couple months, adding about 7%, then another couple months grew to about 11%. While this is alright, it is NOWHERE near the 8-17% they project. A couple months go by with no growth, then a 5% loss in August, and then boom - almost 25% loss in September. So $15k for an algorithm (set on conservative risk) that loses money?? I've been emailing Justin, my account manager, and he has not responded in almost 2 months, and I just attempted to go to their website and it no longer active. If anyone is looking into a class action lawsuit I am definitely IN

I am in the same situation . opened acct in feb 2025. Have been hands off . after three months, return were subpar to say the least. reached out for a meeting to discuss and was told bot has been updated. it has been 8 months now and asked for a meeting with justin and seems its the same play over and over. meeting conveniently rescheduled and now getting emails that they are out of bussiness. Told to contact aaron villegas. My question to anyone that can help is how can i stop bot from trading as it is continuously losing money. i have tried to withdraw my money from orca markets and they denied some transactions and approved one but have not seen the money hit my account. I have sent numerous emails to customer service but no response. please anyhelp on how to approach getting our funds back will be helpful. I tried changing my password but its asking me for my trading password which is not the same as my orca markets. Anyone know how i can find that information. After they took my money they completely ghosted me. Never any setup or anything. Never sent a contract. The sales guy Justin Sides did accept a phone call once and said he would see about getting me a refund but is now also ghosting me. What kind of company can steal $15k and then just decline calls and emails. Incredible. Working on a lawsuit now if anyone else has had the same experience we could make it a class action.

I paid 15k for a LIFETIME license, and now they tell me my license is expiring next month. Also promised me on no uncertain terms that my max drawdown would be 8-10%. Failed that on trump liberate you from your money day in April - lost $65k in one day and would have lost more if I had not shut them off from my Forex account. Then they BS me that they have written more code to prevent this again... then don't trade any more at all... then shut down. Just sad...

Metatrading.ai has gone out of business. They scammed many customers and disappeared? why are you showing a high review points?

Metatrading.ai is now insolvent. I don't believe you can even sign-up to be a customer. They are not updating the bot. So, if you paid the $15,000 fee you're SOL now. Stay away.

I opened my aocount in spring of 2024. I started making money, but not atthe rate which was advertised. Then Justin told me that I didnt buy the products needed to get those returns. Justin told me that he was updating my bot so it would perform with the new algorithym. It made very little, then lost only a little before the trading bot was stopped in spring of 2025 by meta trading.ai. Then my fxvm account lapsed. Justin told me to update the fxvm account and send him the info in early September. I did and nothing has happened. Then I get on trust pilot and see the hord of bad reviews where it seems as though Metatrading.AI is not responding to anyone. I need help getting my money back for a tool/service that has stopped working and never worked like it should.
