When I bought my bot 'package' I was told I would receive a forex bot, gold bot and a crypto bot. During the onboarding of the forex bot, it was disclosed that the other two bots are not ready yet and won't be for quite some time. My bot has been operating for about 60 days and has only had six trades, the last trade LOST $9,000 ON A $50,000 IN ONE DAY (Sept 10). in addition, I'm in the process of changing brokers and servers. Now, no one is answering my emails, messages, or voicemails. Either this company is a scam, or they are out of business!

This company is looking more and more like a scam. I invested 15K and before the 30 days was up I asked for the money back. They agreed everything was fine with the reimbursement, asked for my bank information (twice) and have since ghosted me. Justin won't answer the phone, nor return my texts. Their main number goes to voicemail. I've scheduled google meets with Justin only to be canceled multiple times.

We suffered considerable financial losses due to this service's false promises. Although METATRADING claims regulation by the International Regulators, this body has not acted on numerous complaints, as it appears to only enforce local compliance rules. They provide no investor protection and accept no responsibility for cross-border cases, a loophole which allows platforms like them to operate unchecked. Our experience suggests the service did not operate directly under the licensed firm, despite the broker facilitating the entire operation. They implemented impractical withdrawal restrictions and abandoned all support upon complaint. Fortunately, we did not cease fighting and, with dedicated legal help—as seen in multiple successful class actions that have secured full remuneration—we recovered our losses through official channels and persistent advocacy. We share this to warn potential customers to proceed with the highest level of vigilance.

!!!Do not buy this bot!!!! It seems like a scam. They’ll tell you their algorithm is solid and you’ll make up to 112% return per year. They’re lying. I put $125,000 in at the beginning and am already down to $89,000 for a total loss of $36,000 in 6 months. Customer service is horrible. I tried reaching out for a month with no response.
