I went out on a limb and tried Meta PC. What first impressed me was that I got to talk to a real person. Through the conversation and discussing my workflow needs and how to best adapt and customize my future workstation I almost felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kenny was my sales person and to say he went the extra mile would be an understatement. Meta PC is worth every penny, I LOVE my new computer!

Their lifetime tech help is legit — once we figured out the issue, they handled the bad CPU quickly and professionally. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because it took a long time working through troubleshooting before we got to that point. Still, the support team stuck with it and made sure everything was resolved.

My pc shipped pretty fast for the price of the shipping, and it came in with no issues and ready to play, this was my first pc meta pcs took a lot of the worrying away because it was so simple to set up.

The computer I had built is awesome, but what made the experience great was the people. From walking through the build with me, helping me find the best way to pay for the PC when my bank was difficult, to dealing with my eagerness while waiting for the build they were fantastic! But where they really shone was once I got the PC. My water-cooled computer had to be shipped by freight during what turned out to be some of the coldest weather of the year. It arrived frozen. I was distraught. But they worked with me, were incredibly patient, and very responsive. It was like having a buddy I could call. And eventually, I could revel in the absolute beast of a PC they'd built for me.

Really easy to travel around the website and has no misleading info just hor I like but 1 problem is that it doesn't get shipped outside of USA because I live in UK
