The computer I purchased keeps freezing up and I have to re-boot. This happens several times a day. 1 week later... I must admit, that it's not so much the problem with the computer, but the follow-up service afterward that makes the difference. Which has been excellent-plus! It is hard for me to think of a time or company that can compete with their customer service! They have definitely captured my business and word of mouth. I change this review to 6 stars!!

These guys were extremely professional, worked super fast, and helped me get my computer back and running so fast at a very affordable price. They totally could have took advantage of my wallet with me not knowing anything about computers, but they helped me more than they know! I explained to them I’m a nursing student and use my computer for all my school work and they took care of me! Great group!

I bought a MADDOX V4 as a new tower this month. The PC arrived in perfect condition as well as being all set to go! It runs great and looks amazing. I base this review on my owning a PC from this company and not on personal feelings. EX-I won't fault them for things their sponsors may or may not think. That is unprofessional. The PC was a bit expensive but worth it to me!
