The environment at META PC Phoenix is amazing. They guys love what they do and do it well. A couple comments and the reason I will say it’s a 3 star experience was communication. I spoke with 4-5 different people and each had a different price of the work done, there wasn’t much updates on status or problems, and not only that, 3 different people had a different idea of when the pc was ready to the point I drove down there after being told it was ready and was not. Again the gentlemen there are great guys, just those small details and they have me at 5 stars.

TOO EXPENSIVE!
I am a young gamer trying to get a build good enough to run most games with good frames, however I tried to get a custom build and even the lowest components costed almost $1,900!
No way on earth am I buying that when i can get the same thing for about $1,200 on any other website. Maybe if I had more money I would be able to buy this no problem, but at this time, I am not doing it.
Recommend to others though, the builds aren’t looking half bad and you will be able to run most programs. Nothing against the company, but it’s just too much.

Hi Cooper, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We understand pricing is a big factor, especially when you’re starting out as a gamer. Our systems often look more expensive up front because we only use new, name-brand components, provide full warranty coverage, professional assembly, and lifetime support. While you might see lower prices on some sites, they often use refurbished or lower-quality parts, or don’t include the same level of service and protection.
That said, we’re always looking for ways to serve gamers at different budgets, and feedback like yours helps us keep improving. If you’d like, reach out to our team and we can walk you through options to maximize performance for your budget.
