I bought one of Meta PCs’ flagship systems, let's just say, not inexpensive. After a really good consultation with my sales agent I ended up with a machine that exceeded my expectations. It had been years since I’d had a custom tower built, and with some building experience myself I was expecting quality. I got it. Some people say Meta PCs are overpriced. I’ll politely disagree. They’re priced appropriately for what you get, and the service matches. How good? I plugged everything in, hooked up the peripherals, and turned it on in December 2022. It has basically been running 24/7/365 ever since (periodic reboots only). No issues until now. One cooling fan finally started acting up after nearly four years of near-constant use. Intermittent, not dead.So I called, talked to a guy with a great sense of humor, and asked for a replacement. He meant to send one immediately… then forgot to submit the order. Called in, corrected it, right away. Can’t be perfect but stood on it and made it right. Still five stars. I’d happily order another system from them. These guys are awesome.

My experience didn’t start off great. There were shipping delays, and when my PC arrived, I ran into an issue that prevented me from enjoying it right away. I was understandably frustrated. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The MetaPC team took ownership of the situation, stayed in communication, and made things right. They worked with me to resolve the issues, followed through on their commitments, and showed they genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Problems can happen with any company, what matters is how they’re handled. MetaPC earned my respect by standing behind their product and their customer. I’m happy with the resolution and appreciate the effort the team put into turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to everyone at MetaPC for making it right.

I'm writing this as I recently had one of their PCs ordered and delivered as a birthday gift, from a very close friend. So far it's surpassing all of my expectations and I'm very pleased to see that their build quality matches what they show in their YouTube shorts.

The team did a great job. When UPS damaged the computer in shipping they were very responsive and helpful with the entire process.

I went out on a limb and tried Meta PC. What first impressed me was that I got to talk to a real person. Through the conversation and discussing my workflow needs and how to best adapt and customize my future workstation I almost felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kenny was my sales person and to say he went the extra mile would be an understatement. Meta PC is worth every penny, I LOVE my new computer!
