I have a pair of Merrill chameleon trainers that are literally falling apart after under 5 months Contacted Merrill by email on numerous occasions but no response so I am now contacting trading standards to help sort their very poor substandard product out and eventually get a refund it’s a shame I have to go to these lengths to get a refund or replacement but such is life Putty I can’t add photos so you can see the extent of the problem

Placed an order on line. Called customer service to change shipping method. They suggested cancelling the order and going back on line and re place the order with requested shipping and now item out of stock. Called customer service 3 times. Offered no help. Very bad customer relations for a company well branded. Solutions for the consumer should be their priority.(This all took place within 15 minutes of placing the original order).

Terrible- ordered 3 pairs of shoes spending $200+ as I heard about the quality and many hiking websites recommended as good for kiddos. Ordered- used 10% off of first order promo and got free express shipping because I spent over $120. Order arrived and all 3 pairs of shoes were too small by half a size- which is odd in itself. Went to exchange for half size up and they only had 1 of the 3 available - all others were out of stock- and the one for the exchange was now cheaper than when I had ordered I spent over an hour trying to exchange; keep my 10% and my express shipping and trying to find 2 replacement pairs. 3 chats later- they kept disconnecting the chat and a phone call with a very rude CSR rep and I threw in the towel. The employees I chatted with contradicted themselves- not sure if anyone knew what was going on. Finally, I just said - give me a refund. Hours of my life wasted. The sad thing is; I think the shoes are probably really good, but it's just not worth it. I'll pay the $10 more and buy them on Amazon if I decide to go with them.

This is a fraudulent website. Don't buy from them. Keep away from it. After making a purchase, it will change the name to glovecanada.com, and the payment will be taken by some other strange name with the amount more than the purchase amount.

I confirm that it is a fraud. I noticed the change in name right after pressing on the buy botton...going from Merrell Canada outlet to Golvecanada.com... it was to late... no way to cancel the order. Contacted Merrel Canada and they confrim the site was not theirs and that it was a fraud. Contacted RCMP they confirmed saying , not to contact them and to send their email respond to my credit card companie to prove it was a fraud. Bought a pair of Merrell hikking boots. Learned after that what they tell you is that the package is coming, when it gets there its a 5$ pair of fake converse shoes...... then you contact them again and they say to send the shoes back...... after all this time... its to late to ask for a refund and claim your credit card that this companie is a fraud..... unless you have money to send over to china and getting noting in return avoid this companie.

Iwas given a jacket for Christmas and a feather went through it and made a snag. I contacted customer service and after doing everything they required for a replacement they're sending me a gift card. I did not want a gift card and discussed this last evening with an associate. I was assured a new jacket by Courtney 2 to 3 weeks ago. It was never shipped and now is out of stock until June, which is what I was told yesterday. I guess I won't be purchasing from merrell in the future. I have spent about $500 last year, $250 just last evening. This was a Christmas gift, I am not impressed.

Bought these Merrell Mid boots a year ago, now I do use them to hike the Rubicon Trail and to climb Mt Tallac in Lake Tahoe. However in a year the heel of the boot is worn through. Paid $150 for junk boots. I have a pair of Vasque's that are 20 years old and have 3/4 of the heel left.
