I've owned merrell boots for many years. The last two pair I bought are falling apart. Very disappointed.

Return issues.... UPS returned my merrell return parcel to me. Twice !!!I didn’t expect that . Parcel is address correctly, 3 invoices attached to the exterior of the parcel,as instructions. Parcel returned. I emailed Merrell with my problem. Merrell have been very responsive, responding within 24 hrs and have advised me of away forward. Hopefully problem solved. Praise where praise is due. UPs on the other hand, not so happy with

Circa 2 jaar geleden had ik via een retailer een Merrell wandelschoenen die ik voornamelijk alleen zomers gebruik. nu had ik een probleem bij de contrefort van de schoen en liep mijn hiel steeds open. ik had mijn klacht in 1e instantie rechtstreeks bij Merrell ingediend maar deze stuurde mij terug naar de retailer, van de retailer kreeg ik een zeer vreemde en onacceptabele uitleg, waarna ik mijn lacht en antwoord van de retailer maar weer voorgelegd aan Merrell. na wat over een weer gemaild te hebben kan ik alleen maar mijn complimenten geven op de manier hoe Merrell (John) mijn klacht naar volle tevredenheid heeft afgewerkt. een merk wat ieder geval achter zijn producten staat en klachten serieus neemt en ook naar oplossingen zoekt, nogmaals mijn complimenten.

I really like the look and the comfort ive never spent over $40 on work shoes but i heard alot about merrels so i bought a pair for $100 less than a month the soles are falling off very upsetting but thinking i might have picked the wrong pair and bought another pair guess what 2 weeks soal are falling apart so never again will i buy MERRELS SHOES OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE OVER $200 LESS THAN A MONTH NO THANKS MERREL

Merrell Shoes with VIBRAM soles are sold as hiking shoes. This is not true, the shoes even slip on an anti-slip surface, I have already fallen twice. It is very dangerous to wear them in the rain.

Bought some thermo crossover ‘waterproof’ walking shoes 7 months ago, and the quality is very poor, the laces are threadbare and the shoes are unrecognisable, and ready for the bin. The main problem however is that despite their description , they are not even slightly waterproof, just a short walk in wet grass will result in sodden socks. Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt so the retailer and Merrell have declined to assist. I will never buy a Merrell product again

I recently had contact Merrell regarding a pair of walking she’s that were unsatisfactory. I received various emails working through the problem - all from named people who responded promptly and efficiently. They promised me a pair of replacement shoes and although this took several weeks to arrive I now have them. Overall I am very happy with the service from Merrell.
