Very poor customer service
I bought two pairs of shoes online on their website. The transaction went smoothly and my order was confirmed through an email. I waited for a few days, then tried to track it, just to see when it was coming in. The tracking did not work, I emailed them, and after another couple of days they replied that my order had been cancelled due to a problem with the billing address of the credit card. Had I not contacted them, nobody would have bothered to inform me that an accepted order with a confirmation # had been cancelled. Not very professional, made me miss the sale price.
