I purchased the Merrell moab 3 tactical 11 months ago and they have had to be replaced 3 times due to them falling apart, so i thought i would try one of there other designs, unfortunately i wasnt happy with the quality and returned them immediately, now Merrell is refusing to accept them because of some sticky tape on the box. This has been a waste of $270 and i wont purchase from Merrell again.

Ive got the merrelle gortex trailrunners and afther not even 400km mix woods and rock they are littery finisched not one gribnob left on the schoe and for 200€ ya expect alot more quality and the afther sales service is verry bad aswel never again ill find another brand to keep my feet happy

Long time customer, purchased trainers/ boots took forever to be delivered by evri, horrible fit tried to return them no evri driver in our area YET IT WAS EVRI THAT DELIVERED THE PARCEL Live chat to merrell USELESS THEY COULDNT UNDERSTAND HOW WE CANT FIND A RETURN OPTION USING EVRI BUT NO EVRI DRIVER TO COLLECT FROM US SO LOST THE WILL TO LIVE GAVE UP . THANKS ABDUL AT MERRELL . FOR NOTHING. Will never buy merrell again they just don't care may as well be robots????

You know the unfortunate thing about this rating system is that you're not allowed to give zero as a rating and one is the lowest you can provide. If I could give them a zero I would. Not only are the customer service people incompetent but when you ask for a supervisor the supervisor is openly antagonistic. When you ask for the name of the president of the company and supervisor will tell you "go find it yourself". If they had a really good product they might be able to get away with acting that way towards their customers but their products really aren't that good they're just way overpriced so people think they're good. If you're smart you'll stay away far away and find an alternative product that meets the same criteria you're looking for. Nobody deserves to be treated the way their customer service people treat their customers.

They do NOT honor their warranty. Disreputable company. NO wonder there are 1-2 stars here - well earned by their bad behavior.
