Absolutely love Merrell trail glove 5s and there moab hikers , they are by far the most comfortable shoes for backpacking ever . I own and run a backpacking club here in Ranshaw Pennsylvania, the Bear's Hiking & Outdoorsman's Club and we all wear them on all of our backpacking trips , they are extremely popular here at the club and on the trail the vibram soles are perfect. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from unless there paid for by Merrell competitors but ,ive been wearing a pair of Merrell trail glove 5s the barefoot shoes for the past 6 years and there just fine ,no rips ,no tears ,the soles are starting to wear but I've used them for 6 years now , if that's not quality than I don't know what it means than lol. But yeah I highly recommend merrells and we will stand by this company over others , if I didn't I wouldn't mention the name and location of my Club.

Placed orders were all cancelled. First order they stated they do not ship to mail forwarding company, but their shipping statement does not mention this. The second order was addressed to my house within the U.S, but was cancelled because they stated my CC details did not match my bank, but the details are saved to automatically fill the criteria, so no mistake. The third attempt, again to my house address was cancelled because "I was shipping the item outside the U.S". What a joke. I am a contractor who works offshore and wanted a replacement boot sent ahead of my travel. I don't understand, but its excuse, after excuse, after excuse. I have worn Merrells for at least 12yrs, and have always ordered from other sites with zero issues, however; the "official" site is a joke.

Slip in moccasin immediately failed and Merrell's customer service decided that I don't know how to put shoes on and it wasn't the shoes fault. I've owned six pair of the same shoes and can confirm without a doubt that your product is faulty. No accountability or concern for your problem!

I’m on my third pair of Merrell hiking boots in 15 months and they have started to leak just like the previous two pairs. A friend had a pair of the same boots and they also had to be changed because they leaked. The boots contain Gortex, supposedly guaranteed for life. I have emailed Merrell but no reply. Merrell seem to be selling products not fit for purpose, have no commitment to customer service and simply don’t care. My advice is to avoid the brand.

I bought a pair of walking shoes 6 weeks ago from them and already the lining is starting to tear and has big holes in it. Really not impressed and definitely not worth the money.

Wanted to buy a gift for a friend. First order was canceled - without telling me any reasons, thinking that was a glitch I ordered it again using Amazon Pay. Now I usually due to work and stuff send parcels for my friend to the store in the same building, never had a problem with that. But the online store merged the first name of my friend with the name of the store. so "friends name c/o name of store" becaome Friends (last word of name of) Store. I immediately told the Merrell store there is an error and they should please change it. Merrell wrote me "yeah cannot be changed after order is placed" I answered to please cancel the order because the person they want to send it to does not exist (showing them screenshots of the original address and the address their system changed it to) - I was told MUCH MUCH later that the order cannot be canceled either but I can send it back if I wish to... How convenient for them that they can cancel at will but NOT when asked to - due to a problem with their address system. This store is the WORST online store I have ever dealt with.

Scrivendo su google "Merrell" sono stata indirizzata automaticamente al sito "Shoes shop EU". NON CASCATECI! Truffata!! Non è il sito ufficiale Merrell. Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe e 2 t-shirt un mese fa. Una volta spedito l'ordine sul sito di tracciamento del pacco ho visto che partiva dalla Cina..Ho seguito i vari aggiornamenti di spedizione del pacco ed ora risulta consegnato... Pacco mai arrivato!
