Merrell intercept. First the good They look good and the laces have lasted. They are in fact rubbish. Had them less than six months, only walked on sidewalks, and they are falling apart. The front rubber toe protector is coming unstuck The black covering on the front of the shoes is split in several places,on both shoes, and when felt with the finger is as thin as paper in-fact i would not be surprised if it was paper They let in water through the sole whilst the sole on the right shoe has detached and is puffy to the touch These are only fit for the trash And these are the faults after light wear???

Had many pairs of Merrell shoes but bought Moab walking boots and the upper became separated from the sole in the toe area rendering them not waterproof . Contacted Merrell on the phone asked to email photos place of purchase which I did , No response follow up email No response . These are high end expensive walking shoes I expect better from Merrell

Compré unas para el camino de Santiago, la plantilla acabó arruinada en dos días, la suela es de un material exesivamente duro por lo que resvalan mucho y son tremendamente incomodas. Ni se os ocurra comprar unas. Son un timo.

Me compré hace 1 año unas zapatillas merrell de senderismo con gore-tex. Me costaron 130 euros y NUNCA ME HAN PROTEGIDO DE LA LLUVIA. Tienen muy mala calidad. Nunca jamás repetiré con esta marca.

Ordered about £300 worth of footwear from merrell. They took so long to despatch that they didn't arrive until I had already gone to Cumbria. They were delivered to ups pickup location and returned to sender. They did not refund me having received their products back and are not accepting fault in charge back claim with my bank. Shocking behaviour.

Hi would just like to say that I bought a pair of expensive Merrill walking shoes for a recent holiday where I was doing a fair amount of walking. They caused me a lot of pain in my heels after a medium amount of walking which is still causing me a lot of pain and discomfort in my heels after a week back at home. I have had cheap Decathlon and Liddle trainers and walking shoes in the past with no problems at all so not very impressed and shall be contacting Merrill to voice my concerns. 😡

I tried to use the Merrell website but could not navigate thru the Chat, which, as far as I could see, was the only way to send a message to Merrell. I purchased a pair of Merrell shoes about 2 years ago. I would have sent photos to show the model, damage and lack of wear, but couldn't figure out how. I really haven’t worn the shoes much. The entire shoe is in great shape, except for the toe piece. The toe piece on both shoes is cracking and tearing. It certainly appears the toe piece is just constructed of inferior material, rendering the whole shoe, which is otherwise appears to be superior, worthless. Very disappointed with my new Merrell MOAD Speed GoreTex. Toe protectors peeling away after a single 5 mile trek and a few dog walks. I've always been very happy with the brand - I have Merrell walking shoes that are 5+ years old, and apart from reasonable wear and tear, are still very usable. My MOAB Speeds may well be the last pair of Merrells I ever buy. Really, really disappointed...
