I like Merrell shoes but they should come with a tube of shoe sole glue . I own several pair and the soles have came loose on almost every one of them . I have switched to Asolo for the most recent purchases .

Despite regular reproofing boots split in several places within 13 months. Would never buy Merrel again

Five months of reasonable use and my merril hiking boots are worn out, soles worn out, sides burst through, where as my similarly used zamberlans still look new. Very comfortable when new but didn't last. Shop I bought them in had no interest in hearing my complaints.

I believed I had ordered a particular boot. When the confirmation email arrived it showed 2 pairs of a different boot each twice the price. I tried and failed to contact the company to stop the delivery. When they arrived I attempted to complete a return. The details were not recognised. I have tried again without success to contact Merrell. I have two pairs of very expensive boots I didn’t order and don’t want.

Waited for delivery that never came, contacted this shower by email, “must of got lost in transit “ was their excuse, my money never got lost in their bank account, over 5 days to reply to my email, they wouldn’t last 1 day working for me, hopeless

I had the Merrell Summer Clearance ad show while scrolling a website. As a long term owner of Merrell boots, I can attest to the value of buying direct at Merrell.com or through retail channel. The site offering the clearance is not Merrell, it is MerrellstoreUK.com (and is most likely a Chinese knockoff). Sorry to those who were taken by the internet ad, but I can guarantee, if you purchase through the proper company, you won't see the issues listed here. During 2020 (Covid) I was walking 6 miles/day (over 500 miles on them) through snow, rain, slush and my Merrell's look like I just bought them. The true Merrell company is quality worth paying for. Rated 3 star: 5 star for the true Merrell, 1 star for the knockoff company giving them a bad name.
