There were a few things that I think could have been better. First, it took several weeks to get the merchandise. Second, when I communicated with the representative, they indicated there was an ability to do multiple logos. I indicated that request in my order, but it was not done.

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the longer delivery time and the issue with the logo request not being completed as expected. Our standard turnaround time is typically around two weeks, so we understand your concern and would like to look into what may have caused the delay. We’d also like to review the logo request to see what happened there. Please reach out to our support team so we can review your order details and work to make this right. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

The mug I ordered has already lost the organization logo. I love it- but the decal was apparently a sticker? I hand-washed the mug in warm water- and the sticker just floated right off. Everything else I ordered was PERFECT and I couldn't love my apparel more!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the mug — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We’re glad to hear everything else in your order was perfect, but we’d love to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to send a replacement product of the same value. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can help resolve it.
