Further to my first review they saw it and replied saying there emails have been down yet the telephone number on there website always says there’s nobody available at the moment. Still no resolution and no reply for another 8 days!! I seriously don’t think this is going to be resolved! I have contacted my bank and Klarna as I paid through them, I have reported them to eBay as I bought through eBay but the seller was the official Merach! And now I am going to seek legal advice and make sure social media are aware so people stop buying off them. I have 5 months left of there 1 year warranty yet they can’t resolve the issue!!

I bought an "EMS Vibration Plate" model MR-M1 as a Christmas gift for my wife. It doesn't work & I can't get any company reps to return my 4 calls or 4 emails. It's as they don't exist after purchase! This machine says it has 6 different types of auto-settings ... 4 actually vibrate exactly the same, 2 don't work at all. Paper & on-line instructions are worthless & don't describe what the differences between settings should be. We want to return this piece of junk, but their "customer service" is non-existant. Don't buy from this company!!

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice und irreführende Produktberatung. Ich habe mich vor dem Kauf bewusst an den Merach Kundenchat gewandt und eine konkrete Produktberatung angefragt. Ich habe klar beschrieben, dass ich sportlich bin und ein aktives Trainingsgerät für das Homeoffice unter dem Schreibtisch suche. Mir wurde daraufhin der Merach E32B1 Mini Elektrische Crosstrainer empfohlen. Nach Erhalt stellte sich heraus, dass das Gerät keinen echten Widerstand besitzt und sich im Automatikmodus selbstständig bewegt. Ein aktives Training ist damit faktisch nicht möglich. Für sportliche Nutzer ist dieses Produkt aus meiner Sicht ungeeignet. Genau das hätte im Beratungsgespräch berücksichtigt werden müssen. Der anschließende Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war extrem frustrierend. Auf konkrete Nachfragen wurde mehrfach nicht eingegangen, Antworten waren ausweichend und wenig hilfreich. Erst nach wiederholtem Nachhaken und mit deutlicher Verzögerung kam eine Reaktion. Statt einer schnellen Rückabwicklung wurde mir dann eine minimale Entschädigung angeboten, obwohl ich die Rückgabe klar kommuniziert hatte. Der Rückgabeprozess ist unnötig kompliziert und zieht sich in die Länge. Insgesamt habe ich weder die Beratung noch den Support als kundenorientiert erlebt. Ich kann Merach aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Aufgrund eines Mißgeschickes habe ich beim Auspacken eines zugeschickten Rudergerätes der Fa. MERACH das Zugband der Ruderstange durchgeschnitten. Nach E-Mail Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice der Fa. MERACH (Herrn Auro) wurde mir nach Schilderung des Vorfalls kulanterweise ein neues Ersatzgerät zugesandt, ohne Berechnung von zusätzlichen Kosten. Dies stellt für mich ein außerordentliches Entgegenkommen der Fa. MERACH dar, für dieses ich mich nochmals in aller Form bedanken möchte.

Ich habe das Rudergerät R28 vor einer Woche erhalten. Leider ist ein Rad zerbrochen, eine Schraube verbogen und eine Ecke vom Holzrahmen eingedrückt. So kam es schon aus der Verpackung. Ich habe es gleich reklamiert und warte bis heute auf eine Antwort. Mein Wunsch war ein Preisnachlass und ein Ersatzrad um , aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit, nicht zurückschicken zu müssen. Da ich es noch nicht zusammenbauen konnte, kann ich das Gerät nicht bewerten. Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch.

One because a good company would have notified their customer first if there was a delay. It would’ve taken a review to be notified. I have started the dispute from my HSA bank. So as for right now I still think this company is a scam. Until proven differently I will not apologize for the first review. I’ll keep you updated if they send me the product. I will reverse the dispute. Honestly I think I’m being pull along. Why wouldn’t you refund any customers if you are 2 months on back order. I received an email given be the option to change to the pink one since the black I ordered is on back order. I accepted but still no tracking number sent or no information on when I can expect my order. Will keep you posted. I will keep my word and apologize and change my rating once my order is received. UPDATE: Merachfits is not a scam after all! As stated in my other review that I would comeback and apologize to the company if indeed I received my order. I would like to apologize to Merachfits. The company is legit, I have updated my star from a 1 to a 3. This company did take a month and 2 days to deliver my order. After the site stated 5-7 business days. Item was on back order. I wasn’t informed until 3 weeks in and after I did a bad review. So hopefully customer service will get better with communicating with their customers. Haven’t tried it out. So hopefully it lives up to the TikTok hype.
