I love my vibration board, and it has truly helped me using it 10 min in the am and 10 min in the pm. I have fibro so I deal with chronic pain in my back and joints. Words CANNOT express how much this has helped! ** this is in no way medical advice nor is it stating it will cure your pain, everyone's bodies are different ** I was super sad because my first one was still working but the screen was going out in a short amount of time and I was afraid it was going to tear up and I would be left in pain waiting on a new one. I reached out to their support team with some videos showing the problem and they were more than happy to quickly resolve this issue and got a replacement to me fast. I couldn't be more pleased with this product or their customer service.

My only complaint was that it took a while to hear back when I initially wrote in about my concern. Once I started working with Rosie, she was able to help me and get me a replacement. She was amazing.

I had an issue with my Merach dumbbells, and their customer support was excellent. They responded quickly, apologized, and offered a free replacement without needing the old one returned. Really impressed with how easy and friendly the whole process was!

Merach is a great company and I love the products I’ve purchased. Their customer service is also top tier and extremely helpful with solving any issues that come up.

Machine seems very well built, and the motor is definitely a LOT stronger than your generic $200 walking pad. The incline feature is awesome. It's quiet for what it does. I received my unit with some cosmetic parts broken, probably from shipping, and Merach was willing to replace the whole unit, so A1 on customer service.

Love my Merach 4d vibration plate. Had a few questions about it and Kitty from customer service was awesome.

Order through delivery has been very good with emails to document every step, order to delivery. Delivered by FedEx. Only recommendation would be to advise customer that FedEx cannot move the equipment into your house.
