Merach USReviews of merachfit.com

My address was incorrect due to auto fill and they quickly reshipped once the item was returned.

Customer service took so long to get back to me. I purchased this in December. I got it in January. I wanted to return it as soon as I got it opened. I sent them an email. I didn’t get a response back for weeks and then they proceeded to tell me that I can keep the product for 20% off or 50% off when all I wanted to do was return the product. It is now end of March and I am now filling this out for them to get a return label.

Very helpful and solved my issue quickly.

My wife needed an exercise bike to compliment her weekly physical therapy sessions for her knee. The bike has worked flawlessly as she has used it for the past three months as a part of an every other day exercise routine. The bike was easy to assemble and is well made. There is no buyer remorse as it has more than met my wife's physical therapy need for strengthening her knee.

We have a Merach rower and it has performed well.

Bought 2, simple to use. My brother needs this for circulation.
