SC10 Uses Tuya, Not AIR PET, But Customer Service Was Outstanding
I have been a Meowant customer for a while and currently own multiple automatic litter boxes. One of my favorite features of the AIR PET app is that it lets me track which of my cats has used the litter box, making it incredibly helpful for monitoring their health in a multi-cat household. One thing to be aware of is that the SC10 does not use the AIR PET app. It uses the Tuya app instead. I didn't realize this when I purchased it because I assumed it would work with the same app as my other Meowant litter boxes. If keeping all of your litter boxes in the AIR PET ecosystem is important to you, this is something to consider before ordering. That said, I reached out to Meowant customer service, and they went above and beyond to make things right. They listened to my concerns, worked with me to find a fair solution, and earned my continued business. Thanks to their excellent customer service, I have already ordered an SC09 so all of my litter boxes will work together in the AIR PET app. Great products and outstanding customer support. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Meowant again.
