The cat pan I would say works as expected. The silicone is not replaceable without a whole drum replacement. You will wait months and months for the replacement without actually ever getting one. Save your money get one that sells replacements or has replacements. I moved this down to one stair because even with the reply it’s been over 30-days and was told the same thing by email. They will give you nothing but a run around for parts. Stay away! Welp now I’m adding more to my reviews! This company took months to replace my drum, little to NO communication. Complained when I asked for the replacement. Adding to the horrible customer emails only thinking of themselves 1st. They wanted me to update the review to a more positive review. How is this possible when it was a horrible experience all the way. They never responded even to the BBB. Only after filing a Complaint through the FTC did they actually replace the drum… to then ask for a better review. Stay away! They only care about themselves as a company and not the customer! Melody from customer service is horrible, with her condescending responses showing how much more they only care about themselves and thier reviews.
