THE PRODUCT IS GREAT!!! I HAVE 3 CATS AND THEY TOOK RIGHT TO THE NEW "LITTER" BOX. I WISH I COULD AFFORD ANOTHER ONE. LOL

Works great but makes the loudest noise that scares my cat and now she won't use it unfortunately.

As of now, this review has nothing to do with the product that I ordered. It has to do with the ordering process. I recently ordered an automatic litter box on a Monday at 8 am Eastern time. I did my research and was impressed that Meowant offered free shipping and a guarantee to have my order within 3-5 business days. Ordering on a Monday meant that there was a really good chance that I would have my order before the end of the week. Which is what I needed. Here is where the disappointment comes in, my package was not processed until 1 pm on Wednesday. That is 53 hours after my initial order! Now with 3-5 days shipping time, I will not get my order until the following Tuesday. Which is 8 days after I placed my order.

My cats really like this, and so do I. The price was steep but worth it. The app is amazing! It doesn't take a lot of litter, cleans itself every time with no issues. I wipe it down once a week. With 2 cats, I change the bag every 4-5 says. If this is in a small space you would want to do that more often. You have to change the litter at least once a week probably more but that was SO easy with the robotic function. This makes having cats so much easier.

I love this litter box. It is super easy to clean and my cat took to it right away.

I like the litterbox, as does one of my cats. The other is afraid of it. What I don't like is that I cannot get the app to work at all. I've reached out to customer support and have not heard back. I've given up hope of ever being able to use the app and am just enjoying not scooping the box. I also do not like the bags they sent. The handles/ties often tear or won't come out. I won't be ordering more and will just use store bags.
