easy to order and shipped fast unit is great

Easy to use.

I have recieved notice that my order was delivered & signed for but I have not signed for nor recieved my order.

Bought on their website. Went to return, filled out the form and no response. My return window closed. Ok, annoying. Sent emails to both of the emails provided on their website, no answers. Filled out the warranty form, no answer. Like why even have these warranty or return policies if you're just going to ignore customers? If the litter box *actually* worked, then maybe I could recommend it. But, with customer service this bad I can't even say anything nice about the product! Unfortunately now I'm just waiting for someone to response to this bad review so I can actually get an answer. Let's see if this method works!!!

Extremely fast shipping, fast setup and price was amazing. Will most definitely recommend this to everyone. I love the braided power cord as my one cat chews cords if they’re not braided.

It shipped really quick and got to our house just a few days after ordering it. Lots of communication with shipping and tracking. Seems like a really good product. Hope it works well.

I love this product. I've had another robot litter box in the past (LR) and it was constantly having issues and was just SOOOO bulky and loud. My SC01 is so much lower profile and I cannot hear it at all, even in the same room. My only complaint is that I have a "high pee-er" so I wish there was a taller shield, but I found an after market one that will hopefully solve that issue. I love the SC01 so much, I actually ordered another one for the second floor of my house and plan to put it in my on suite bathroom; something I could have never done with the loud LR.

So easy to assemble. The cats started using it right away. Definitely less smell and mess.
