My cat is too big for the box but yet he’s in the weight limit that they said would work. Emailed them several times to return it never responded back called them and left messages. Never responded back as well. Their customer service is horrible.

We decided to order because of the great price, to be honest, and we're very happy with our decision. It arrived quickly and on time and was super easy to put together and get started. We have a LitterRobot 4 but it's hard for our senior kitty to get in and out so we hoped this one would work for her since it's lower to the ground. She got right in and... Peed right out of the opening onto the floor. We were really bummed but our other cats use it with no problem so we still consider it a win since I only have 1 litterbox to scoop now. If this were a little deeper I think it would fit larger cats better... Maybe something to consider for future models.

Super easy set up and easy to connect WiFi. Very efficient at cleaning.

I have 2 new rescue cats and I immediately got the Meowant cat box. They took to it with no fuss. I love it because it it so easy to use. Also, it keeps the smell of dirty litter down to a minimum. The input from the app is wonderful, showing their daily toilet usage. Thank you!

The ease of ordering and the discounts offered so the average person is able to afford

Customer service is awful, I even told them I will pay the shipping charges to send it back, it's not even out of the box. I wanted SC02 not SC01 which is what I thought I ordered because that the one they were advertising. Then they said they would give me a code to take a few dollars off a new one but the code never worked either. I've cancelled my AFFIRM payment due to their incompetency.

So far the robot works amazing and I am glad to have made the purchase.
