This is my second meowant box, replacing a standard litter box in the basement. It works great and was very easy to set up. The only problem is I'd like to keep it in the same spot as the old box but no electricity there.

Hello, we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused. The accessories are placed on the waste bin, please open the waste bin cover to check if they are in it.

I have not received it yet. Tried to cancel before they was shipped because I did not want 2 I only wanted one. Was told they would try to cancel but if they tried to deliver to reject delivery. No delivery has been made.

Easy to order. Delivered quickly. Easy to put together. It is smaller than I thought but the cats don't mind. It is very quiet. I love that. I have had an iRobot Litter Robot for 3 years and paid much more for it. I will be buying another Meowant next month.

I got my items promptly after ordering! Also wonderful communication as my bundle had to come in two shipments, but they let me know in advance.

Got here in just a few days, works smoothly, I can't ever hear it. You have to maintain minor cleaning like wiping down and loosening some waste. But otherwise, I absolutely recommend!!!
