The assembly instructions were confusing

Hi, we're extremely sorry to hear about the issues you've faced with our product. It's easy to set up. Open the package, tear off the tape, remove the foam, correctly install the drum on the base. Then put on the side cover, no other installation is required.

Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. The app is nice and a key reason for why I chose this model. Hooking up to wifi was tricky because you have to have 2.4H split in order for it to work. It's not as big as the litter robot which is also a plus

Quick shipping, clear instructions, user friendly app. We love it! Our cats are curious, but they're learing!

Best thing ever! Placed the order during their special sale. Product arrived quickly. Was super easy to get it set up and plugged in. Cat's seemed a little unsure what to think of it at first. Was not long till they started checking it out and using it. Love not having to scoop dirty litter anymore! Should have bought one of these years ago.
