I received my order fast.

I finally got my phone connected to it. Still trying to understand things about it. It does clean each time one of my 2 cats use it correct? We are still trying to make sure they are using it.

For the price, it is a great product. A truly well built product. Using it for the past 3 days. My 3 cats' first experience with robotic litter box. They are a little spooked but still 2 out of 3 are regularly using it. The only reason i have not given 5 stars is because i asked them a question 2 days ago on their web site, still have not received an answer.

The Meowant **30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason** is NOT a money back guarantee for no reason. My cat rejected the Meowant SC2, much to my dismay, so I contacted Meowant customer service and the first response I got was a list of 6 things to do for a cat to transition and asking me to "try again". When I said I had done these things initially and asked for the return, I was told I would have to clean and box the product like new (not a problem, I did this) and would have to pay to ship it back. It was over $90 to ship back a $270 package. Then I was offered a $50 refund if I resold the product myself. **This is NOT a 30 day money back guarantee.** It's advertised as such and its false advertising. And further, making customer go through so many steps to get a refund and offers so Meowant doesn't have to deal with really shows that Meowant isn't a serious company. I will never purchase from Meowant again, and it saddens me because I thought they had good products.

Easy to put together and operate. Love the app that tells me when and what cat used the box, it even weighs the cat! No smell and keeps box clean!! Ordering another!
