Ive owned the SC02 model for a little over a month now and so far I am happy with my purchase: - No issues with the machine thus far. - Customer service has been quick to answer my questions (except for when it’s after hours obviously). - The app is user friendly & easy to navigate. It cleans 13 mins after my cat uses it as I’ve programmed it to. - Notifies me when he uses it along with his weight (huge bonus as he is supposed to be losing weight!). - Child lock works, so my kids can’t keep setting it off. - Flatten option works. Overall it keeps my fur-babies potty clean and fresh, as he likes it!

Can I just say I LOVE this litter box. I was a little nervous because the price seemed "too good to be true" :). Plus, the "Princess" can be difficult. Surprisingly, she didn't miss a beat and the litter box has worked flawlessly! It's so nice to constantly have a clean litter box and cleaning is kept at a bare minimum. Thank you!

The company is very disorganized. They scrambled the order of the address on the package which made it undeliverable. After a package was sent I got an email saying what I ordered was out of stock and would have to be changed if I wanted to get the product. Weeks after ordering my product, I still don’t have it and am unclear that it will be sent correctly.
