So far I am very happy with my purchase and my cats are using. It didn’t take long for them to figure it out. As time goes on we will see how it works out.

I ordered litter bags and received them promptly.

I ordered the wrong one. I sent a message as soon as I realized it. They answered me but it went to my spam and I did not see it. I got upset and said something one Facebook and got a message just a couple minutes later. They fixed my order and I received it very soon afterwards. My kitty has been using it for the past couple of days. Thank you so much.

Litterbox never arrived!!! I want a refund.

I have 17 cats in the house, so I have lots of litter boxes. Even though this box lives in one room where only the younger/smaller fosters can access 24/7 for food and water and alone time (if they’re fearful), it still regularly gets used by 5 or 6 cats. It’s a champion, and very quiet. I dump the receptacle every few days, refill the litter, and do a sweep around base to keep the litter mess down. It’s a big help, even with so many cats. I’m going to buy a more over the years when I get work bonuses, because I imagine having an army of these would make fostering so many cats way easier!

This is day 2 and my cats took to it right away with no delay. My only complaint is one I heard while I was reading reviews was that the grate should have larger holes so the small pieces go through. They smell too. It's works great though, happy we made the purchase. I would like to be able to give another review after a couple weeks that might be more useful.

When I ordered my machine everything was fine then I get an email saying that the color I chose was out of stock. I really didn't care about color and my machine was delayed. I had to wait an extra week to get the machine delivered.

At first I was worried with the seperate shipping of liners and box but customer service did reach out and gave me the tracking number for the box. It's kind of confusing at first! We got the box yesterday and my kitties immediately used it. One of my cats is VERY curious and wanted to know what was happening during the clean cycle. I'm glad to know the box immediately stops when the cats are anywhere near it or on top of it during cleaning cycle because I had heard from people this type of box was dangerous but this one is not from what i can tell already! They love it! The only thing I'm having an issue with is getting it hooked up to my wifi/Bluetooth.
