My first package was not received even when the status says it’s been delivered. I’ve already contacted fedex about the issue, which they state the ticket has been “closed” and for me to contact the vendor, I continuously email meowant company with no response. These items are expensive and as much as I was looking forward to both of my items, I have yet to get any response or resolution from the company. I actually don’t know what to do, and am very disappointed.

Litter box came in large box that was well packed. It was easy to set up. Now just waiting for our cat to give it a try.

I have 3 meowants and it was the best investment I made and very affordable. It is so much less work for me to maintain the boxes. The best part is that I spend much less on litter. I bought the 3 sco2’s and at the time they didn’t come with the baffles. I emailed the company and they responded in a timely manner and they are now sending me the baffles.

Item was very well packed. Good quality and very fast delivery. Can’t wait for my kitty to use.
