Reached out to customer service to start a return on an unopened device and the only response I got was to send pics of the defective device. It's brand new and unopened, I just need a return label so I can ship it back for a refund. Still haven't heard back from them again once I reiterated my issue.

Easy to put together and get started, quiet and seems to work pretty well. Have not cleaned yet, not sure how easy it will be as I just got it.

Easy to order online. Litter box arrived within a week from submitting order. The instructions were so easy, that my cat was inside his new potty with 12 minutes. I will be purchasing a second one soon.

I loved the auto litter box so much that I ordered a second one! It’s a lifesaver and my cats get a clean litter box all the time! I was very skeptical (of every brand) that something like this could work so well, but I gave it a try and it’s AMAZING! Thank you!
