Update: After speaking with the technical team and customer service we found the base was defective. They sent me a new base. Now it is working perfectly. It has not gotten stuck once since replacing the base. I am now just figuring out which litter works best. Using for 2 cats and changing the waste bin 2-3 times a week with clumping cat litter. This product is not working. The drum gets stuck every time it is used. I have done all of the trouble shooting that CS has suggested with no results other than a flashing blue light and it being perpetually stuck.

Did you put together instructions easy to follow? Can’t use it right away.

My self-cleaning cat litter box arrived quickly, and the instructions were very easy to follow, I didn’t even swear once! The packaging was efficient, and it was nice to have the un-boxing instructions right on the lid. As soon as I got it all set up, and put the litter in, my cat, Phoebe Buffay, hopped in and used it while I was registering and setting up the WiFi. I guess she likes it. It’s nice and quiet, which I like.

We got our products in a timely manner and was happy with the things we purchased.

This is the second litter box I’ve purchased from you guys, I purchased the SCO1 I loved it but I needed to get a new one, now I get this one and the sensor does not work at all, it is level on the ground there is absolutely nothing wrong that I am doing but I have seen you guys have horrible reviews lately. Extremely disappointed by someone that was a really loyal customer and recommended so many people to you guys. I’m not even going to attempt to ask for help from you all because from what I’ve heard customer service is absolutely horrible. Extremely disappointed and I will no longer be referring your company. I literally just opened it yesterday and set it up and already almost severely hurt my cat.

Need to return and email keeps coming back undeliverable. No resolution, no return label as requested. One reply that only said we want more information. Sent another 10 emails over 12 hours and no return label was sent, in fact only one email requesting more information. Package just arrived and requesting a return right away... no response.

I can not get over how great this litter box is. My husband and I have 4 cats in our household and I love that I can track each cat specifically. One of our cats had issues using litter boxes in general due to a past UTI and he was the first one to use the new box and we have had no further "accidents" since using the new box. It's quite, there is no noticeable smell and it's a convenient size much like a larger covered litter box and fits well in our laundry room.

Ordering process was easy, communication about product and shipping consistent and clear. Product works well as advertised; we’ve only had it a week or so but 2 of our 3 cats used it right away!
