I'm not sure why all 4 products are shipped separately I am still waiting on the gel odor eliminator. So far my cats have not used it,they are used to a crystal litter not sure if that's the problem they have an automatic litter box and regular ones so...? I'm sure they will as I remove them

I bought this for my daughter. She has 5 cats, some are kittens. She always had a problem with them using a traditional litter box, but they all took to the automatic litter box without any problems. She loves the notifications on usage by cat, the bag is easy to change, and she said the setup was easy!

This thing is so dirty and stinky! It doesn't sift out everything and everything smears inside... It's also too small for my larger cats( reg cats not Maine coons or anything) I hate it and I want my money back

I bought 2 different boxes and this one clumps like crazy and sticks to the side. I tried different settings but so far no success. I'm gonna give it another week and update.

Love these boxes. This is my third. I still fave a couple of die hard kitties that haven’t converted yet, hopefully they will soon. A great product, easy set up.

Really good communication and fast delivery

Can still smell the box once the cat uses it, doesn't hide smell very well. Also, when it rotates and 'dumps' the slumped litter, not all of it falls in to the catch bin. However, it's only been 2 days, so we'll see if this changes as time goes on
