Thank you for your review! We're sorry to hear that your Maine Coon isn’t fond of the product. Cats can be a bit particular with new items, and sometimes it takes a little time for them to adjust. We have sent you some tips on how to guide your cat to use the cat litter box, please kindly check it.

I love this litter box . We had the robot litter box and it was always getting stuck and very bulky and loud when rotating. So far we have had the meowant for a few days but overall it is quiet , smooth and I love that it keeps track of our cats we have to it keeps track of the weight and how many times it is used. This is useful because one of our cats is diabetic and can keep track of how often she is using the litter box. Thank you for making an awesome product !!

So far so good! Have had it 4 days and it was very easy to set up. Our new kitten just hopped in with no hesitation. Love having the app to keep track of his potty habits.
