Litter box was constantly getting stuck so I could not open the box to empty. I emptied it often so it was not too full. Finally, one day it just would not open. I tried everything possible but it would not budge. I sent numerous messages to ask for help but no one ever responded.

Once received the box had instruction details on it. When it came time for the set-u. The process was simple. It runs perfectly. Thanks for an amazing product.

Cat won’t go in yet which I’m surprised as she was used to a litter Robot 4 ! Can’t figure out how to use without WiFi for now. I didn’t use the Litter Robot 4 , the breeder did! Cheryl

So far so good, it’s great to get updates and with four cats I’m emptying at the bin once every 2 days. No bad smells and the cats aren’t even using the traditional litter boxes I have elsewhere

Great litter box, no smell until you open receptacle to clean, easy operation and app. Cats started using it same day it was delivered!

Set up was easy! Works great! My cats love it! Helped so much with the smell! And so easy to use, change and refill.

My order came in a nice timely manner. These bags work a lot better than the store bags I had tried to use. These are better quality, too.
