Setup was super easy, the unit works great and my cats only had a small adjustment period of about 1 day. My only problem is the app. I can not get the app to pair with my phone. I'm still working on it but haven't had any success yet.

The system only support 5G wifi but I do not have a 2.4G wifi available.

Received automatic litter box so quickly. Setup was simple. I have two cats, one used it right away, the other has gone in for a sec but I think within a few days I will be able to get rid of the stinky, old box. It’s so quiet when it’s cleaning. I currently have it set to clean 30 minutes after use. It’s a great product and I’m sorry I was on the fence for so long!

Poor accessibility to litter waste and litter add is not handy. Set was easy. App is lacking would be nice to have notice of full waste bin and lack of litter.

Instructions for getting the box up and running were easy to follow. Cleaning is simple. Reordering supplies id easy anx they come quickly. Very pleased with customer service.I will certainly be ordering another litter box .
