We’re so sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. We have sent you email earlier, the litter box and the liners were shipped separately, which is why you first received the liners in your mailbox. According to the tracking information, the automatic litter box was successfully delivered on October 27th. Please check your delivery area or with other household members in case it was placed somewhere safe.
