I received the litterbox very quickly, and it works fine.

Arrived when I was told it would arrive, unbelievably easy to assemble.

Customer service has been wonderful, I love my Meowant litter boxes. I own 4 and love them, my cats do as well.

So far it has been working great, my kitten loves it, the only glitch I’ve noticed is that if my kitten goes into the machine while it’s cleaning, the machine will continue cleaning. It will not stop. Don’t know if it’s a defect.

I ordered 2 of the large boxes, they came in 3 days after I ordered them. I'm so very happy with them!! They've literally changed my life, I couldn't be more happy!!

The box will not connect to the internet. I have messaged for help and gone on the chat that says rhey will respond instantly - not the case. I have reset the router, unplugged the box, deleted and downloaded again the app, made sure the WiFi was right, set the box by the router. Nothing works and no way to get help.
