Only had it less than a week, but definitely works as advertised and very easy to manage.

Own the SC02, purchased the SC09. Great design, but even larger. Only problem with the design is the sifting screen. Holes are too large, leaves chunks of waste in the litter bed. Etsy has sellers that make 3D printed inserts that install in the screen. Makes the box unbeatable for the price. If you buy a SC09 order 2 packs.

I did not get my entire order. Ordered the SC09, with 2 boxes of liners and 2 boxes of Odor Eliminators. Only received the SC09 and 1 box of each of the extras. Order 101577. Great litter box though.

Weight sensor sure not work and quit 5 months after I got the product. Over been trying to get it replaced for months using the warranty with no luck on getting support. I keep getting an email with troubleshooting steps that aren't working, I've sent pictures and video as requested only to get more trouble spring steps (the same ones I've already replied to).
